BARNSTORMER FARMED & FORAGED DINNERS WINTER 2020

Join us for our third annual Farmed and Foraged dinner series. This is an educational and delightful wine and food pairing experience on select Monday's in January, February, and March 2020. Set in our comfortable and rustic barn, these dinners will include dedicated staff to guide you through the evening and provide fun and detailed information on the food, wine, and Fingerlakes region. Each month will feature a local chef expertly pairing small plates with a flight of 4 preselected wines. Space is limited so reserve your spot today! $55 per person, not including tax and gratuity. 6PM - 830PM.
January:
Chef Jeremy Personius is a Finger Lakes native, joining the Red Newt team in the Spring of 2016 as Head Chef in the bistro. His Professional travels have taken him through the kitchens of Culinary Institute of America, New York City, and back to the Finger Lakes.  His passions include localvore cuisine and agriculture.

February:
Linnea Shumway is a chef who has been working professionally since she graduated from Paul Smith’s College with a Bachelors’ degree in Culinary Arts in 2013.  Before that she grew up making bag lunches and dinners for her three siblings along side her parents.  She currently works at F.L.X. Hospitality with Christopher Bates in the finger lakes in New York as the Culinary Manager and runs the kitchens at F.L.X. Wienery, F.L.X. Table, and F.L.X. Fry Bird.
